A free, honest conversation with a senior cloud architect. We look at one workflow, identify whether AI is actually worth it, and tell you what to do next — even if the answer is "don't hire us."
It is a 30-minute video call (Zoom or Google Meet, your choice) with Jaymit Gajjar — the founder of MagicPixel and a cloud architect with 15+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience. There is no pitch deck. There is no slide presentation. There is no sales script.
You describe one workflow in your business that is costing time, money, or sleep. We discuss what is actually happening, what AI can and cannot do for it, what the cost of automation would be, and what realistic ROI looks like. By the end of the call, you have a clear answer to the question: is this worth automating right now?
Most AI agencies sell strategy. We sell systems. The fastest way to know if we should work together is for you to talk to the person who would actually architect your project — not a salesperson reading a script. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you elsewhere. Real work happens after the audit, not during it.
We have run this conversation enough times to know exactly what to cover. The structure is roughly:
You walk away with a clear answer. We walk away with either a qualified project or a polite "not right now." Both are good outcomes.
The audit is most useful if you are:
To save your time, the audit is probably not useful if you are:
You have three options after our 30 minutes together:
Free means free. There is no payment, no credit card, no "discount code" that expires. We do not record the call without asking. We do not add you to a 47-email drip sequence. The only follow-up you will get is a brief summary of what we discussed and, if relevant, a written proposal. That is it.
The fastest way to book is to send us a brief through the form on our homepage describing what you want to look at. We will reply within 24 business hours with two or three time slots that work.
If you prefer, you can also:
It is genuinely free. The "catch," if there is one, is that we use the audit to qualify whether you are a good fit for our paid work. If you are, we offer a proposal. If you are not, we tell you that too. Either way, the 30 minutes cost you nothing.
Typically within the same week. We do 5–8 audit calls per week. Tuesday through Thursday afternoons fill first; Monday and Friday mornings tend to have more availability.
Nothing formal. A rough idea of the workflow you want to discuss, an estimate of how much time it currently takes, and what tools are involved is enough. If you can send a 2–3 sentence description in advance, we come better prepared.
Yes. Send us your standard NDA and we will sign it within 1 business day. Otherwise, we will sign ours which is short and mutually fair.
Yes. Up to 3 people total is the sweet spot — more than that and the conversation slows down. Operations lead, technical contact, and decision-maker is the ideal trio.
We work with Canadian businesses across the country, fully remote. Calgary clients get the option of an in-person meeting at our downtown office; everyone else gets video. Same quality of work either way.
Solo operators are welcome to book the audit. Honestly, though, our projects start at $1,500 and most solo operators are better served by self-serve tools like Zapier, Make, or off-the-shelf AI assistants. We will tell you that on the call rather than pretend you need a custom build.
