Three tiers covering 95% of what Calgary small and mid-sized businesses actually need from AI. Every project is fixed-fee, fixed-scope, and backed by a 30-day "it works or you don't pay" guarantee.
Most AI agencies bill hourly, which means three problems: you do not know what you will pay, you cannot budget the project, and the agency is incentivized to take longer rather than ship faster.
We do the opposite. After your free audit, you get a fixed-price proposal with a fixed scope and a fixed timeline. The price does not change unless you change the scope (and even then, only with written approval). We absorb the risk of estimation errors. You get a predictable line item on your budget.
Every engagement also includes a 30-day "it works or you don't pay" guarantee. If the system does not meet the documented spec after launch, we either fix it free or refund you in full. Real promise, real refund.
The right tier for you depends on the workflow, not the company size. A 200-person business might only need a Quick Start. A 12-person business might need an Enterprise SMB build. The audit call decides.
Timeline: 1–2 weeks. Best for: one specific painful workflow.
You have one thing that is leaking time. An AI receptionist for missed calls. An auto-drafter for repetitive emails. A custom GPT trained on your company SOPs that staff can ask questions. We build it, ship it, tune it for 30 days post-launch, and hand it over.
Includes: discovery, architecture, build, testing, deployment, 30-day post-launch tuning, written documentation, and a Loom video walkthrough so your team can run it without us.
Optional retainer: $800/month for ongoing monitoring, tuning, and small additions.
Timeline: 3–5 weeks. Best for: multi-step automation that touches multiple tools.
This is most of what we build. A lead-qualification engine that researches prospects, scores them, drafts a personalized first-touch email, and syncs to your CRM. A document processing pipeline that extracts data from PDFs, validates it, writes records, and flags exceptions. A sales-outreach system that runs daily, handles replies, books meetings.
Includes: everything in Quick Start, plus deeper integrations (CRM, accounting, scheduling, custom REST APIs), data flow diagrams, error-handling design, and a written 60-day tuning period.
Optional retainer: $1,500/month for active maintenance, monthly performance reports, and a steady stream of small improvements.
Timeline: 6–12 weeks. Best for: AI infrastructure that becomes part of your operations.
Multi-agent systems. Custom RAG knowledge bases. CRM/ERP orchestration layers. Build-on-Azure-Canada deployments for clients with data residency requirements. This is the tier where we replace meaningful operational headcount cost with AI infrastructure that runs reliably for years.
Includes: everything in Workhorse, plus security review, compliance documentation (PIPEDA, Alberta PIPA), written SLA, dedicated staging environment, 90-day tuning, and a 12-month automation roadmap document.
Optional retainer: $3,500/month for proactive monitoring, quarterly strategy review, priority response, and ongoing build of additional automations.
Most projects fit. When something does not, we propose a custom scope at audit time. The pricing logic is the same: fixed-fee, fixed-scope, with the 30-day guarantee. We do not bill hourly under any circumstance.
Every fixed-price engagement comes with the same simple promise: if the system does not meet the written spec within 30 days after delivery, you have two options.
That is it. There is no fine print, no "subject to manager approval," no carve-outs for "edge cases." If we said it would do X and it does not do X reliably within 30 days, you do not pay. Read the full terms on our terms of service page.
Because production-grade work costs production-grade money. A $300 Fiverr automation works on a Tuesday and breaks on a Friday because nobody designed for error handling, logging, monitoring, security, or graceful degradation. Our work does. If $300 fits your risk tolerance, that is a legitimate choice — just go in with eyes open.
Because we are a Calgary-based studio with low overhead and a founder who personally architects every project. The big agencies bill $250–$500/hour because they have offices, accounts teams, and project managers to pay for. We do not, so our prices reflect that.
No. Below $1,500 the discovery and documentation overhead eats too much of the project. For workflows that small, you are better served by Zapier or Make.com with off-the-shelf templates. We will tell you that honestly on the audit call.
For Enterprise SMB tier ($10K+), yes — we can split the second 50% payment over 2-3 monthly installments at no extra cost. For Quick Start and Workhorse tiers, we keep payment simple: 50/50.
If you ask for things outside the original scope, we estimate the additional work in writing and you approve before we start. Scope creep does not happen by surprise. The original fixed price covers the original scope; additions are quoted separately.
No. The 30-minute audit is genuinely free. See our free audit page for what is included.
30 days written notice, no penalties, no claw-back of work already delivered. You always own what we built for you.
No. Fixed-fee with the 30-day guarantee is the model we have settled on after testing alternatives. It aligns incentives without requiring complicated tracking or arguments later.
